Need a step-by-step guide on how to successfully book your trip? No problem! It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

1 – SEARCH + SELECT YOUR HOTEL

Click HERE to open our custom Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. Navigate to "Hotels" at the top of the page and enter your destination in the search bar. Then, click on the hotel you want to book. 

2 – CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

If this is your first-time booking, you’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm an agent (search “Kelly Smith” if it doesn’t come up). All new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer. If you already have an account, then proceed with your payment information. 

3 – FINALIZE + BOOK IT!

Once you’ve confirmed the booking online, you will receive an email from Virtuoso with the details. We'll also reach out to you to reconfirm your stay to gather any additional information needed, as well as follow up with the hotel to ensure all special requests, Virtuoso amenities, and VIP status are added to your stay!
